Valley East Days is a rain or shine event and the committee shall not be liable for weather conditions which may or may not be favorable. 

No refunds shall be issued unless approved by The Valley East Days Committee. Written request can be submitted to valleyeastdays@hotmail.com

Valley East Days Committee reserves the right to refuse entry to any Vendors/Sponsors who have displayed unprofessionalism in the past and made other Vendors/Sponsors feel threatened.*** (A full refund will be issued if prior to event start date, no refund will be issued if incident occurs during the event.) ***
